About Us
Dr. Christopher Caliri received his bachelor's degree from Quinnipiac College in Hamden, CT, and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, IL. Dr. Caliri has been servicing Warwick and the surrounding communities for the past 13 years. He has a diverse practice, specializing in neuro-musculo-skeletal conditions, pregnancy, athletic injuries, pediatrics and geriatrics.
Dr. Caliri became interested in a career as a chiropractor after an injury to his back from playing hockey. After suffering with pain, which affected his activities of daily living and function, he sought chiropractic care. Over the course of six months, there was slow improvement of pain. Eventually, with continued treatment to correct the problem, function and performance of activities of daily living improved. "I felt better than I did before treatment," states Dr. Caliri. He was happy he was able to continue playing hockey in college, thanks to the corrective treatment of chiropractic.
For this reason, Dr. Caliri emphasizes treating the entire patient and correcting the problem to improve function. This benefits the patient's whole health and not just "patching up" the problem.
Outside the office, Dr. Caliri enjoys spending time with his family, wife Angela (who is also a chiropractor), children Ana, Rosa and Celia, playing hockey, weight training, skiing and running. He truly tries to set a good example for his patients by living a healthy lifestyle.
